Marijuana is addictive just not in the way that nicotine is. As for the harmful aspects while it is not detrimental to the user it is harmful to the quality of life of those near by. It also has a larger impact on society as a whole but all I care about is not having to smell the damn stuff.

What are you rambling about? Provide some proof as to how it's harmful to the quality of life of the people around it. I live in Boulder, CO and it's legal here for recreational purposes. You are right that it has an impact on society as a whole. In my society the impact is completely beneficial. I speak from my experience living in a community that is consistently ranked as one of the heathiest, highly educated, and high quality of life cities in the country. If you don't like the smell there is an easy solution. Btw #wayofftopic

I come from a little town called Mendocino CA. People there are typically lazy, and I had head aches the entire time I was growing up from having to smell the stuff.

It isnt physically addicitive it is psychologically addictive to people. If youve ever smoked habitually after a while you crave that high feeling. Your brain wants that serotonin and other neurotransmitters that produce euphoria. To say it isnt means you either have never smoked or only do it very occasionally

In which case destiny is equally addictive. It has nothing to do with the substance and everything to do with your personality. If you tend to be addicted to things like gambling and sex, you will tend to be addicted to marijuana. Don't blame the plant for people's problems
