Are you sure.... Cs vibrates at 9,192,631,770 times per second not about 9,000,000,000. One meter is 100cm's not about 100. Absolute zero is -273.15 C, not about -273C. I understand your argument, I do. There are some thing's in science that can be about and it's okay. A light year for instance. One is exactly 9,460,730,472,580,800 meters but often times we just say it's about 6trillion miles. Abouts in science are just opportunities for improvement. Just like OP could improve his post by being a little more accurate. Or we could just realize it's a video game and it's all "about"....dig?

There is plenty of "about" in science. Otherwise there would be no need for significant digits.

It's debatable. There are more "abouts" in science, because stating "exactly" when you're not sure would be wrong.
