Against extra galactic life? Nothing...not directly at least against life from outside of the Galaxy the force can't be used to directly it has to be used with something else of a physical nature like a boulder,building etc. If you view each Galaxy as a frequency on a radio dial it kind of explains it as beings in or from the SW Galaxy are on one frequency while beings from another Galaxy are on a different frequency.

The force is universal and in MUCH of the works of star wars it IS used to influence events out side their own galaxy.

God God what are you not understanding? The force does NOT affect LIVING THINGS from outside the Galaxy are ships alive? No are stars alive? No so yes the forces influence is still held over none organic items but not over living ones such as The Vong and their ships where biological in nature so was their armour and weapons hence why none of it is influenced by the force. As I said to the other guy it's not me you are debating with its Star Wars own canon.
