Do you know if you can purchase only the dark below and by those weapons from the vendor?

you can still get TDB legendary weapons from Vanguard roc. My buddy just got a Two to the morgue shotgun. Also you can get pre DLC armors(light lvl 27) from blues from Tiger. But it's extremely rare and it has to be a rare or legendary engram you get from post strike rewards. The grind is real though so be prepared to invest some hours

What I'd you don't have a dlc past the taken king? Does it still update the vendors?
