We need a legitimate PINK (not purple!) Shader that has a primary pink and maybe white or black as the secondary colour for all the Ladies who play Destiny.
Imogen's Fire is a good first attempt but a truly pink shader would be seriously amazing. Please consider it.
If you're a Lady or a guy who would rock a truly pink shader, make some noise! :)
EDIT/Update 1: For guys and anyone else who is feeling left out, you are happily included in our quest to have a real pink shader added to Destiny.
Edit/Update 2: We should rock the pink shader for Breast Cancer Awareness. Thanks for the suggestion guys and gals.
Also updating the title of this topic to reflect BCA.
Edit/Update 3: Please don't troll this topic because you think I'm not supporting your cause. Clearly, I would love to have a shader to represent awareness for each and every cause out there but I (we) are presenting the PINK for breast cancer awareness in this topic to help get the ball rolling.
Feel free to start your own, new topic to promote any or all of the causes that you feel strongly about.

Bump. Grandmother died to breast cancer.
-
No, stupid idea. Why support only breast cancer and neglect all the rest? How about a specific color for testicular cancer or colon cancer?
-
Bump my mom had it twice and now has completed a marathon ten 10ks and many other achievements

Breast Cancer awareness is in October right? Bungie should do what they did for Nepal. A fundraiser by selling shirts w/ all proceeds going to research for the disease.
-
-
They should sell pink stuff with all money going to charity, pink guns, pink sparrows, pink name plate....
-
Edited by Twheeeeezy17: 9/2/2015 8:05:06 PMI think this is the one microtransaction that can and should be supported by Bungie. We could purchase a shader/emblem package for 5.99. The shader is obviously that bright pink, and the emblem could have the ribbon in pink on the left, with the rest of the emblem just pure white. The proceeds would obviously go to charity.

Bump. Support the cure!

Edited by Phil 421: 9/2/2015 1:27:50 PMNot a stupid idea but I feel stupid for helping Activision with Marketing...... Release a Pink Shader during Breast Cancer Awareness month, free of course if you charged you'd officially be the worst company on the planet unless all proceeds went to BC research, and for one week (preferably the end of the month and put adverts on youtube, twitter, reddit etc....) allow people to tweet their guardian rocking the pink shader to Bungie and you'd donate $1 on their behalf up to X amount blah blah blah, you know how charities work Bungie, and absolutely no one could hate you. Put [#] whatever the hell you want I don't use twitter and saying hashtag _____ makes me die a little inside. P.S. If I was P.R. or Marketing for any company I would do this in a heartbeat

I think that's a great idea. Definitely bumping this. I walk the race for the cure every year in a pink tutu. And yes I'm a guy :) (and no I'm not gay)
-
I literally don't see a single downside to this idea.... This is something that needs to happen sooner rather than later
-
Agreed. This sounds like a really good idea. Could include an Emblem for it too with that pink ribbon.
-
It could work the same way The Guardians of Tibet did. I'd be happy to donate money to a group, then get the shader that way. (...maybe it wouldn't take as long...)
-
How about a shader also for men's prostate cancer and mental awareness which happens to be November?
-
Anybody against this just doesn't appreciate breasts.
-
Bump for boobies
-
Brightness color tint settings not working for ya?
-
It's already in the game. Called Aurora Blur, Levante is selling it right now.
-
-
If only my titan had been aware. Wearing armamentarium really highlights the two lumps in her exo breasts!
-
Why just breast cancer? All cancers are equally dangerous having tit cancer doesn't make it more special. What about ovarian cancer or testicular cancer?
-
No. Dumb idea. What about brain cancer? What about Alzheimer's, why only breast cancer? Sorry kid, but no!
-
You can have one but they'll charge you £20 for it.
