I lived in Europe for over six years, because of my job, and I can't tell you how often I'd purchase a product that seemed like the $ sign was removed, and they simply placed the € sign in its place. I mean, €59 for a controller that costs the same in the U.S. was absurd. The exchange rate was horrible and I paid more for items than I should have, but I wanted it and got it. Same applies here regarding UK prices and other parts of Europe.
