High Tier... alright then Name all exotic weapons and BOTH their perks

Hawkmoon: LitC and HA. Grant 3 extra damage bullets to hawkmoon. Hidden perk: instantly get called a scrub The Last Word: Hip Fire and TLW. Makes TLW a hip firing machine, which no uses, because hip-firing is not that easy. Hidden perk: get reported as a cheater. Thorn: Final round and MotD. Makes Thorn a really strong weapon, which you can glitch the shit out of. Hidden perk: people go to the forums to complain about it. Suros Regime: FF and SR. Makes SR one of the best ARs out there. But it's an AR, so yeah.... Hardlight: GHF and HL. HD sounds cool, looks cool, and has the worst recoil pattern known to man. Continuing later, i'm really tired.
