Jokes spawn from tragedy. Haven't u ever made a distasteful joke? You never meant to offend anyone, u were just having a laugh. Get it? If u are comfortable with yourself then u understand when someone makes a playful joke about u, u can laugh and accept the humor in it. I don't think he was trying to bash anything, he just found it funny, simple as that. I doubt Jenner will find this upsetting at all, she has probably heard some pretty messed up stuff from people who actually hate her decisions. Just a joke friend.
