99% of people don't care what kind of underwear you are wearing or whether you aren't comfortable being the gender you are. I understand that for many of these glbt people, the primary issue in their mind that they have to "deal with" is their gender identity. But to everyone else, most of us don't care and have our own problems to worry about. Also, why do you care what other people think? People are dumb, just read these forums for 10 mins and you get a decent sampling of society these days.
