Just buy it it's worth it ... Better than cod dlc and everyone buys them

Yeah but cod dlc isn't 60$ american, the euro price for TTK translates to 60$ over in England and a lot of other places. I'm an American and to be honest I do blame them, while TTK is cool it's barely worth 40 let alone 60.

Obviously cuz Call of Duty DLC is maybe 1/15th the value of TTK. It's literally a few maps per DLC, when TTK has that plus so much more.
-
Yeah but TTK compared to many other games can be seen as smaller and less significant and those games have cheaper dlc. Many are still burned from TDB or HoW with how little content it had for the 20 price point
-
What games consider TTK small?
-
Look at Skyrim or Fallout. Those dlcs are much cheaper than TTK and include more or possibly more near the same amount of content in TTK for about half the price. It all depends on how TTK pans out but you have to understand that a 40$ dlc is no laughing manner because it's a very rare occasion that a dlc leaves the 10$-20$ price range on consoles.

Maybe Dawnguard AND Dragonborn combined would add up anywhere in the range of what TTK has to offer. But neither of those includes an armory of weapons bigger than the entire collection of weapons from base game. A crossbow or two, woop-dee-doo.
-
Yeah but think for a sec bro, all of those new weapons and armors aside from the exotics and the gunsmiths armsday guns are going to be free. Anyone who has a base copy of Destiny can get any of the new vendor gear, it happens every time a dlc comes out. They wipe the vendors and add in new sets that everyone can have, so no it really does not have more than that of a Bethesda dlc. As for content, Destiny may be fun but 8 maps, 3 new strikes (not counting other one as its ps exclusive so not everyone gets it), an expected it be bigger than normal story (compared to other ones that's not too promising), a raid, and let's hope the quests are good but tbh I think Fallout or Skyrim dlcs would probably be a better deal for your money. However we do not really know either way so this is sorta just speculation on both parts of this argument.

But yeah I'm rolling with ya on the conjecture part. We're predicting/assuming, which is what forum browsers do.

Having so much content free to everyone when 2.0 is released doesn't necessarily justify TTK's price, I getcha, but it definitely gives me incentive to buy the DLC and continue my legend. You don't see Skyrim or Fallout giving away SO MUCH free content, if any.
