They should buff the Titan helmet so not only does it provide Angel of Light, but in addition it will give Death from Above and Hammer of Sol attacks in mid-air (whether it's throwing the hammer or a melee attack with it in mid-air) will do MUCH more damage than usual, which will fit with the flying theme of this helmet. Also the orb-to-melee perk should be removed to go with the helmet's aviary theme and to balance it out a little.

Not really for PvP, both things already one shot normal guardians, it would be better for PvE and taking out players mid-super. And if you want more balance for it than I'll just remove the orb-to-melee perk.

Yeah I assumed that the extra damage would increase the blast radius too. If not, then its pretty good

No it wouldn't have extra blast radius, just extra damage and maybe a cooler particle effect/animation to make the attack feel more powerful.
