Whats the biggest scumbag loadout you can think of in pvp?
Today I went against a kid with a 1.1 kd blink shotgunning with ram helmet and a multi tool (that he wasn't using except for speed).
After each kill he tbagged. had me rolling in laughter. Figured I'd ask what the most scumbag loadout you can think of is?

There will always be a meta of the most efficient load outs...that is not going to change in any game ever, whether thats Destiny, COD or any other shooter.
