Only he doesn't do anything. Every room, he just stands still, dies, pops his Fireborn, and dies again. The epitome of skill.
Through much pain and suffering, my friend and I manage to get to the end...
So let me get this straight. Instead of kicking him as soon as it was obvious he wasn't going to be any help you proceed to endure "much pain and suffering" by essentially running it with 2 people, and then you kick him at the treasure room because it made you feel better about your own dumbass decision to let him continue to stay instead of replacing him with a productive team member?
That's called biting off your nose to spite your face. You look as stupid as "SuperScrub", so congratulations, jackass.

I would have done the same. a 34 with 33 and 34 is tough, sure, but is doable. I'd have let him do his thing and ultimately waste his time. Lead him to believe he's getting a prize.
I'd have let him do his thing and ultimately waste his time.
And along with it you'd waste your time. What a stupid thing to do.
-
Your name is IceColdVengence, surely you understand the nice feeling of a little revenge?
-
Sure I do, but I also am mindful that my free time is limited and I'm not going to waste it by trying to put some random gamer in their place.
-
Yeah definitely have to pick your battles. Still, I think I'd probably do this, though I'm also the kind of guy that goes extra slow in my car when the person behind drives right up my backside, I can be pretty petty lol
Still, I think I'd probably do this, though I'm also the kind of guy that goes extra slow in my car when the person behind drives right up my backside, I can be pretty petty lol
I do the same thing but usually just long enough to really rile them up and not in a way that puts me behind schedule. Yesterday some guy was riding my ass as we headed towards a wall of stopped traffic so knowing I was going to be stuck anyway, I dropped down to 25(waaaaaaaaay ahead of where I needed to slow down) and began swerving side to side every time he looked like he wanted to pass in the shoulder. It didn't cause any of us to get where we were going any slower but somehow it still managed to piss him off bad enough I got to watch him rage a bit haha.

Haha, yeah have to love it, one of life's little pleasures!
-
I have to disagree. Kicking him at the throne room wasted the leechers time. He did nothing for 30 min and got nothing. That's funny!
-
I have to disagree
Good for you? Fact is he's whining about how hard it was with only 2 active players but it was his choice to carry on that way the entire time. Kicking the guy for being a waste of space and bringing in a 3rd guardian makes the team more efficient and makes the challenge easier. It's basically like punching yourself in the face and then complaining your jaw hurts.
-
Why not waste the leeche's time? Have him stand there all the way to the rewards and then boot him. Bam, time wasted, no rewards.
-
Why not waste the leeche's time?
Because it's a waste of your own time. I know it's a bit of an oversimplification, but doing activities with 3 active people should be 50% faster than doing it with two.
-
Not a waste of your own time if you and your buddy are competent enough to get through it with just teh two of you. A 34 isn't like a 35 where you really do need three active players. I agree with OP, let him be like that, then boot him at the end.
-
Not a waste of your own time if you and your buddy are competent enough to get through it with just teh two of you.
If it takes you longer with 2 than it does with 3 active players, you're wasting your time. This shit isn't rocket science.
-
It's not going to take that much longer, really. If you are both good, you can do it, especially if you put your back into it.

Pretty much. He basically bit the bullet hard just to make a point. It is worth it and dumb at the same time, but meh. To each their own. Who knows? It might have been satisfying to see that. Meh.
