The solution for trolls sitting in the back on playlist... First I'll get them killed just in case they are trolling for a strike without dying, next if they still don't help and just sit there I take a seat beside them.... If we leave just because these bums are AFK they are winning and getting carried for just doing nothing, think of it this way, if you bust your A$$ and you are grinding for something, do you want that troll getting your drop? Bungie needs to be more productive and quick to boot these kind of people.
