Don't dismantle your Stranger Rifle.
With Bungie you never know if it's actually a key to a Easter egg.
The Stranger hands it to you. This could be Bungie's way of saying this is important for other things.

Edited by monkyken: 8/20/2015 10:21:27 AMI'm fairly sure if you redo the black garden mission when you don't already have it you are given it again, also with this new auto level to 25 you should be able to do the mission if you create a new character pretty quickly. Cant personally say I have tried the strangers rifle trick, I still have 1 so I don't need to.
