Edit: Ok I feel I have to make it clear. This is not real, I didn't honestly expect people to think it to be real. But if this has any bright side, maybe this will get Bungie to considering the thought of making weapons that pay a homage to their previous games that they've made.

Rate of fire is fine. All other stats need to be maxed out. Replace Hip Fire with Third Eye, Smooth Ballistics with Ranged Lens RLR5 or Red Dot-ORS1, and Luck in the Chamber with a perk that combines Hidden Hand and Rangefinder.
