You realize Xur isn't there for Vets but for the noobs to help them get started right?

How so? I thought he was available for everyone. Does he not show up in your tower/reef with armor and (sometimes) weapons?

He is there but as a Vet expecting him to sell something you don't have isn't right. He is to help noobs get an edge so we will help them with raid and nightfalls

Or do you not like vendor system in general? I, for one, don't think luck (RNG) is a sound strategy to build assets. I hope the vendor system improves, so assets can build, instead of rolling dice. Bungie likes this system, because it keeps people playing the same missions over and over and over again.
