So Bungie just told us.. that Destiny will be like just about any other loot centric RPG game with expansions and an ever increasing level cap. Stop being so attached to the gear man - The gear is a means to an end.. if you're playing with a mindset that the gear is the end than why are you even still here? I mean, once you get all the gear you want... what is the point of playing further? I'm fairly certain that the new direction they're going with different weapon manufacturers being more than just flavor text is a direct response to the fact that people were miffed about re-skinned weapons in the past two expansions so.. welcome to 3 months ago?
