PS: Atheism doesn't mean "follows nothing."
Atheism is specifically a lack of belief in gods or God. As opposed to theism. You can believe in all kinds of stuff and still be an atheist; spirits, sasquatch, ghosts, souls, aliens, whatever. As long as it's not a god.
You can even be atheist and be a member of a religion. Some sects of Buddhism are arguably atheist. Like Zen.

You can follow things as an atheist, you just dont believe in gods. Did you read his post?
