Reading between the lines I've gathered that it means I can use exotic armor in all slots

Voidfang in exotic slot with the revenant shader on Too helm on, claws on = Scary as MoFo just check my warlock now only need the claws to complete the look.

Lol, that'd be awesome. I only need the one exotic perk running, but the ability to transmog my outfit using skins from exotics would be amazing.
