I agree, I'm still waiting/ may not buy the new dlc on the sole reason of how they're handling their new release. I understand they messed up and made the first weapons "too good" and now they want to make them not upgradable so their new weapons can look good... But isn't that just saying we're going to give you the same kind of weapons but just newer looking ones in a way? Doesn't seem like they're making better weapons just keeping them the same but making sure we don't use the ones that were already "too good".... And to answer some folks questions... Yes, I would like using the fatebringer for 10 years, if that's what I want to do. I know mmos change and they move on. But there is a difference in upgrading up with new content vs just rendering everything useless. It's a complete slap in the face for the amount of time put in, imo. I'm not bitching just stating my opinion. I love destiny, spend way to much free time on it, trying to get the best roll for my allfate, trying to play with friends just to win trials, but if there isn't a slight change in their thought process to this release I will probably say bye bye to this game.
