The moment you associate "work hard" in anything related to this game, you suddenly realise that you need to get you priorities straight. A video game isn't meant to be a chore, just chill with the "i quit" crap. Do you expect to play the same gear/weapons for the next 10 years? Give it a chance, use the new things, adapt to changes and THEN have an opinion. Don't assume anything until release of the game, everything you hear or see now is very limited!
