Dumbass: And let's not forget you're comparing a book full of shit chief can't actually do, vs the destiny game where the guardians can actually do their abilities. Stuff described in the halo books, chief can't do in game. He can't run that fast, his reflexes aren't that good, and he's not that good a shot.
Superior:The books are more canon than the games. The games limit his abilities intentionally in order to make it somewhat challenging.
That said- Id like to see a book for the Guardians. Then maybe they'd stand a chance. As is right now, what they do in game just doesn't compare to what chief does in cutscenes or the books.

So if you take away your precious books and lore, chief pretty much sucks dick. Hell, the poor boy could t even run until, what the second or third game, or aim for that matter.

You don't get it- I use the term "Desticle" to refer to people blinded by Destiny, therefore, in this situation, causing them to spread misinformation. That's my definition of a Desticle.

How many of them really are there then. I haven't seen many people that say destiny is perfect. It isn't. Go to #destiny no one there says it is either. But yet everyone gets called a desticle. It doesn't even matter. I just find it odd that people on here get genuinely mad that people they don't know like I game they claim not to care about. Actually. Most call reach non-canon. But really, both versions can be fit in. Anyone who is a big fan of halo- I'm a big fan of destiny too, mind you- knows the books are, unlike must games, prime canon. The books and the cutscenes.
