Honestly, I think a in MMO (which in essence was what Bungie was TRYING to achieve with Destiny) is all about the journey, enjoying the ride, and taking in the sights, I will keep the few trophies I've got and cherish their sentimental value (even if I can't USE them) and use the new, more effective weapons and armor. And at the end of year two I'll do the same again. Out with the old, and in with the new, it's all a cycle of renewal. And by the end, we will all have our legend. But maybe not in the way we'd hoped... But this is all a foray into new territory for Bungie, they will learn, or they will fall face down in the mud, that's how the industry works.
