Really bored, so this is a compilation of the things I've noticed in the Tower: Note- All directions in the descriptions are described as facing the object in question ( ie- "left of gunsmith" means your left when facing the gunsmith) [b][i][u]Weapon Manufacturers[/u][/i][/b] [i][b]Tex Mechanica[/b][/i] * A yellow-orange box with this insignia can be seen atop a weapon making machine directly to the left of the gunsmith - These boxes can also be seen to the left of the Bounty board - A bunch of these can be seen in the Vanguard room - There are bunches of these around the Tower, try to find them all :) (Im just lazy, but there are a crapton of then and I don't want to document them all so) * There are boxes with "Tex Mechanica" in red text (hard to see, but you can make it out) on the shelf to the left of the postmaster [i][b]Omolon[/b][/i] * Several of the crates to the right of the Bounty board feature this insignia - A crate can be seen when looking into Tess Everis's (Special Orders) stall * There are cylinders marked with the Omolon trademark in the Vanguard room on the outside railings, 6 on both sides - There are more of these around the Tower [i][b]Hakke[/b][/i] * There are long, rectangular boxes that have this insignia to the left of the Bounty board - An amount of these boxes can also be seen to the farthest left of Cayde - There are an amount of these elsewhere as well, try to find them all * There are boxes with black handles and an impressively small "Hakke" lettering as you turn the corner from the entrance to the Tower Hanger, I believe these are batteries * After heading up the stairs to the Ship Girl, you will see an open casket. Inside are two "Hakke" rockets [i][b]Crux/Lomar[/b][/i] * There are a batches of 6-cylinder boxes to the right of the Cryptarch that feature this company's name (what are you doing with explosives, Cryptarch?) [i][b]Suros[/b][/i] * When looking into Special Orders, two cylinders facing upwards will have a "Suros" lettering, you can tell that it is Suros because the middle letter is colored orange - For two more cylinders, start by facing Special Orders, then go clockwise [b]around[/b] a quarter of a circle around the building block that Special Orders is in. You will see 3 "Suros" propane tanks along with 3 Omolon boxes stacked upon each other - There are tons of these around the Tower Hanger [i][b]City Force[/b][/i] * No idea if this is related to Vanguard or not, but there are numerous items that have the same insignia as seen on the [url=http://db.destinytracker.com/items/1409854022]City Force[/url] emblem - There are rugs with this symbol at the entrance to Tower North (Where Eris Morn is) next to the staircase that leads up to the next level. These rugs also make an appearance in front of each Vault access panel - There are panels that feature this insignia to the right of the gunsmith, they are laid upon each other so you will only see one symbol [i][b]Daito[/b][/i] * The Daito emblem is on the New Monarchy door that's occasionally guarded by a robot ( contributed by IWantYourDestiny) * As you turn the corner to the Tower Hanger, there are two boxes with an extremely blurry "Daito" text (upside down) along with the trademark diamond icon stacked upon each other, you can tell that it is Daito because the "i" and the "t" resemble an R with a part of the top cut off (in this case it is an upside down R because the boxes are flipped) - For more of these, visit the Vanguard Quartermaster, they will be on the shelf to the left * In the Tower Hanger, next to Dead Orbit, there are large, blue cylinders with the signature "Daito" lettering, you will have a hard time seeing the "D" so don't try [b][i][u]Observations[/u][/i][/b] * There are Cabal shields behind Lord Shaxx - A Fallen Shrapnel Launcher can also be seen behind him, to the upper right (lord knows why we can't pick it up instead of doing that bounty for Variks) - There are two more hanging in the Lounge room, to the left (they are hidden by shadows, but you can see the handles), and one hanging behind you when facing the Jukebox * There are weapon printing machines neat the Vanguard Quartermaster and the Gunsmith, they look similar to a 3D-printer and most probably uses Glimmer to print * In the lounge where the Jukebox is, there is a large map with two throwing knives affixed to it. Are these possibly the spots of weapon caches hidden by Cayde (that may be detailed in his Treasure Island book copy?) * Starting from the Jukebox, turn 90 degrees clockwise and go behind the "V" pillar, you will see a bottle that somehow manages to transcend space, as it goes [i]inside[/i] the pillar * There are sticks of incense around the Tower, some are burning. Are Guardians and Tower people drug addicts? ( Really crazy theory here, but what if these incense sticks are actually representations of hallucinatory drugs that the Traveler employs to make us do its bidding?) * There are old looking jugs and people still write in pen and ink. * Everybody appears to have a tablet on them, yet they are looking at the same thing: a scrolling image that turns black, then white, in an infinite loop. It's like they are mindless. * There are robots that literally sweep one tiny portion of the ground. * There are white class helmets littered around the tower, as well as small scale versions of them. There are a bunch of them on the shelves behind Eva Levante ( contributed by ThatOneCrumpet) * Factions reside where they stand. New Monarchy is located near the Speaker and arguably the more refined and aristocratic part of the Tower. Dead Orbit is below the weapons manufacturing center, signalling the destruction of Earth by weapons and the need for new land. FWC stands above weapons manufacturing, showing that it supervises weapons of mass destruction and uses them for liberation. * At the Xur location near the balcony outside of the Speaker's room, you can see a banner of the Speaker's (supposed) insignia against the chamber window to your left ( contributed by Trooper8059) * Sometimes the telecom will announce "Please do not use Ghosts for target practice," and other interesting tidbits ( contributed by SlashX7) * [b](Extremely Important Observation) The ring around the spike pit that is under the complex Traveler hologram in the Speaker's room features a triangle engraving that is also seen while aiming down [url=http://i.ytimg.com/vi/HRfVqIs4lck/maxresdefault.jpg]Thorn's Sights[/url] and Bad Juju's barrel, plus it is featured as the icon of String of Curses. Why is a supposed hive symbol showing up around the Traveler and the Speaker?[/b] * [Not related to Tower, but to the Speaker] There are little trinkets and sculptures that resemble the one's in the Speaker's room in the secret room at the Lighthouse.
