"Next week, we will be scouting the Dreadnaught. The week after that, we will be scouting [b][i][u]Germany[/u][/i][/b]. Idk if I missed something, but it sounds to me like they're expanding the Earths Patrol Area. If that means something else, please tell me, because I'm confused.

No they are taking about Gamescom which will be in Germany as it is every year.
