I am fine playing with younger people, assuming that they don't start crying after a single wipe, or drive me insane with incessant meaningless chatter in their (surprisingly) annoying voices. I do give them chances, but if they annoy me, I, like anyone, will kick/mute them without a second thought, as I will with anyone who drives me insane over raids and such.
