I don't know why destinyghosthunter.net says you're at 76/77 ghosts. You received all the grimoire according to destinytracker.com, which is what I consider to be the most accurate grimoire website. You have picked up all the ghosts.
On another note, have you ever considered creating a hunter?

As a heads up, there is a glitch at the moment with Bungie.net and 3rd party sites. For some reason the ghost: reef 3 is not being recognized. Siffow is aware of the issue and is investigating.
