So who's winning in cricket at the moment, then? :p
-
Nobody cares about cricket. Especially the ashes. In the rugby, we beat you and the rest if the world.
-
But didn't we beat SA recently?
-
The Ashes is England vs Australia every 2 years. Nobody cares. The World Cup is a global competition and the winner is the best in the world.
-
Except not everyone in the world competes, so it's more like best of those countries who participate. :p
-
Only 2 teams compete in the ashes. That's why nobody cares about it. The RWC is competed by every country in the world, included qualifiers / world rankings. You see the difference?
-
Except not every country in the world competes.
-
Every country is eligible to compete. Whether it's done on world ranking or qualifiers, every team is able to compete.
-
Except only twenty countries are competing. That's substantially lower than the nearly two hundred countries on the planet. So, again, not every country competes. :p
-
https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/2003_Rugby_World_Cup_qualifying There were 89 nations competing to qualify for the 2003 RWC. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/2015_Rugby_World_Cup_qualifying 102 nations were in the qualifying process for the 2015 RWC. 20 teams get through to the finals / group stages. Do you understand now?
-
Do you understand that not every country competes, though? :p By the way, I seem to have made you more salty than the other way around here. ;)
-
I'm not salty at all. Frustrated that you're a moron? Sure. Do you understand that every country is eligible to compete in the RWC? Even if they don't qualify for the finals they are eligible. Only England and Australia are eligible and compete in the ashes.
-
Yes, but just because they're eligible doesn't mean they compete. You said that every country competes. I was pointing that out several times and you couldn't seem to grasp the concept. So before you go throwing out names and such, maybe it'd be a good idea to have a retrospective look at what has transpired.
-
You're boring me now. I'm out.

The exact response of someone who has been proven wrong and can't accept it. Poor form, son.
