personaly i speak only for pve and have voiced my solutions on how to balance pvp and pve so let's not get into that debate
Warlock supers,
Lance
need a damage upgrade to allow it to take out shielded majors at range without the use of annihilate
Angry magic
needs to have greater target acquisition from range and tracking that follows dodging targets ie fallen vandals, captains or knights
Hunter
blade dancer needs to spawn more orbs from tier 1 enemies or have an alternate way of spawning orbs
possibly from blink strike
gunslinger could benefit from a greater critical hit bonus on ultras and majors but seems fine to me
Titan
striker
needs a party horn sound effect for peregrine greaves much like the skull from halo lol idk

Shatter is go to for killing most majors, for raw dps, wth annihilate... lance is sniper range situational, and vortex situational when I need to keep things at a distance. Blade dancr major kill, 2 orbs spawn, max spawn count? 5 with alpha lupi.... Defender max span, 6 with alpha lupi..... Both those should be able to spawn 8, defender might be more complex.... but bladedancer should be simple...
