Bump... Black Hammer is just another sniper now... Ice Breaker is also now useless in practically every situation. There was never any "intensity" with the weapon, it was more just being patient while you wait for it to load... A much better idea if they increased the time would be to at least speed up the recharge by collecting special ammo drops. Might as well just give it a clip and finish the job I don't see any reason why guns need to be made LESS effective in PvE. You know who never complains about weapons needing to be Nerfed? Freaking PvE players!! Because we don't need our weapons to be less effective against all your BS horde mode bullet sponge enemies. Stop nerfing and making artificial difficulties and present us with INTERESTING challenges!
