Petition to Appeal Black Hammer/Ice Breaker Nerf
Sign here to make (or at least have a chance) to appeal the nerf!
Edit: This is a copy of a post from Mudkip Knight. Read it because it's true.

Surely I'm forgetting something but man let me tell you if your ammo accounting is pulling ammo from nowhere it should be taken from your reserves.
Sound stupid? Good. It's supposed to. Lower the impact of black hammer. Make it so it can't stun lock bosses. Keep the perk that makes it useful. Stop making lame bullet sponge giants in circle rooms where long range pot shots can take them down.[/quote]

2 RepliesConsider this post a -1 to your petition. It's absolutely necessary to nerf weapons that are overpowered. Ice Breaker and Black Hammer aren't conducive to exciting FPS action in ANY way whatsoever.

Blackhammer takes away Icebreaker's special perk and it isn't even an exotic. Icebreaker still has infinite ammo.

Signed. I have been completing every raid possible so I could get the black hammer, only just got it last week, now I may as well bin it. My LDR reloads faster then you can shoot black hammer anyway, and you don't even need precision shots. So yeah, nerfing black hammer makes it a pretty useless gun. Also bungie, don't touch my Gjally, you Indian giving pricks!!!
