Idk I think what you should do tho is surround yourself with the people you're comfortable and love the most. It's best that way so you can avoid depression. Learn to love yourself and open up your comfort zone meaning explore be social and open up to people. Meet new people and friend. That's what I think you should do and it may help you with the depression.
Those could be anxiety or panic attacks as well be careful I had a friend who had that. Best is to stay calm and follow the things I said above if it doesn't work out you can always talk to me if you want to have a shoulder to cry on Ill try to help you.
