Main reason isn't people can't aim. You have to be able to get precision hits with scout rifles and a lot of people simply can't lol

I tend to panic when I see someone. I have to shoot them now! No time for head shots.

People like you? You have 55% precision shot with MIDA, which is a headshot magnet. Even I do better and my aim is all over the place.
