Character, stats, equip, weaps tranfer
I have lost access to this gamertag "The Rodn3y King" on Xbox Live do to an email issue that prevents me from updating the billings address. I really would prefer not to lose 1,500 hours of gameplay on this account. I'd like to see if there is any possible way that you (Bungie) could transfer/merge the stats and weaps onto my new gamertag "Nerdy Old Man". If I have to lose 1,500 hours of work/gameplay then I will unfortunately probably sell the game, because to do the grind over would be unbearable.

1 ReplyHey Rodn3y, Unfortunately, it is not possible to merge or transfer Guardians/gear between accounts, as specified in this article: https://www.bungie.net/en/help/article/12211 I suggest you contact Xbox customer support and see if they can help with recovering your account.
