Ok so I might sound like a noob asking this...but I've never played a Batman game before. What will Arkham Knight be like if j haven't played the previous Batman games??

Story wise, you may be lost. It references the past games, so you may be able to pick up on what's happening and why, but without context; it won't be as engaging.

So I need to go back and play the other ones first?

I would recommend it, you could find a story synopsis somewhere; but that would not do any justice to the series, or yourself.
