Trials of Osiris. Guaranteed blood, sweat and tears. Maybe even some fecal matter. It's going to be tough; a lot of dedicated, well organised and close-knit groups of three, waiting to pull down our pants and laugh at our genitals. But we have to start somewhere and I intend to hit the ground running when the Trials arrive. I've given some thought to how we should go about organising ourselves for this and decided the simplest approach is probably the best: The Trials themselves should be quick and flexible over the course of a weekend; there's no real need to assign large groups of people to specific time slots - in the same way we would organise a raid, for example. Instead we should take a quick head-count and I will arbitrarily assign groups - to begin with at least. Over time people will gravitate to those whose playtime/play-style best suits their own. Teamwork and the ability to get along will be key. There is absolutely no doubt in my mind that upon arrival - ToO will be the hardest content this game has to offer and will require a little more dedication from those wanting to get the most out of it. So I would suggest a couple of nights a week to be put aside for practice. To summarise: Lets keep it flexible. I'll step in to organise only when necessary.
