Yknow when I think back on things, my parents gave me some pretty off handed looks back in the day to my old shows. Perhaps to them it was the same case, nostalgia kicking in and giving them the opinion that they're shows were better and mine were what we'd compare to the current Gen stuff. I think we often more take memory of the shows we liked back then, and then [i]only[/i] remember those. I remember being younger and having to constantly flip through shows I didn't enjoy. I only remember the ones I loved now because those were the only shows I watched. Not everything from our generation is brilliant masterpieces never to be usurped again by the current gen, nor is the current gen a steaming pile of trash. A lot of opinion here I see rests solely on nostalgia, and while that's certainly not a bad thing I think it twists our opinions a bit yknow?
