I do not direct it at them... Maybe a how the -blam!- did you die once in a while but i dont put them down.

Well thats up to you. Not directing it at youth is probably a safer bet. But keep in mind. All these matches are kept on file for a period of time.

That's fine. I take responsibility for my actions. They can listen to whatever they want to. If I do wrong I admit it.

Thats fine . But id be weary of using foul lang around any kid. You never know what may happen. A letter to bungie may have your account banned. Etc Bungie doesn't need permission to ban your account. I just try not to swear when i have young ears on my team. Anyways . Good luck.

They ( bungie ) won't ban for language on their game. Read the tos and the EULA. Online is not rated. It never is.
-
Tos is only a guideline. State/local laws overide any tos bungie has. Its always been that way. No company can have a contract with anyone if the contract contradicts the local laws. When dealing with minors. The law is very clear on that, If bungie didn't want kids to play. Its on them to figure out a way to stop them. Minors are afforded greater protections under the law. Remember. The law of the land is really what governs a tos agreement.

Swearing is not against the law... If it was I would be doing life right now.

Swearing is not against the law I never said it was. But if your swearing and and a minor believes it was directed at him or her. Whether it is or is not. Id be very careful. Misunderstandings between an adult and a minor , generally the minor is sided with. But swearing in general is not against the law. Just be mindful of who may be listening. Not a big deal.
