Most Halo players understand that sniping will take practice, and PvE sniping is nowhere close.
If you ask forum veterans, most will say that it's all about practice and timing.
*ahem* or [b][u]Patience and Time.[/u][/b]

Also, a high sensitivity seems to help. (Only for twitch reflexes)

You're recommending high sensitivity for sniping? Definitely not. Start lower and get better at aiming. As you become a better player in Crucible, then slowly start to crank your sensitivity so you can have better reactions.
