[b]The bird sits curled among dense foliage, resting, as if from a long journey and now clinging to the low tree branch. It softly seems to purr and chirp in it's slumber, rustling sometimes from it's dream.[/b]

*Ruby is sleeping nearby* *His snores shake the ground*

[b]The bird rustles slightly, as if reacting to you in the dream as part of it. It chirps once, then curls back up again.[/b]

*He snorts and sets the tree on fire*

[b]It stirs now and then, the flames licking it's perch. It opens one eye, closes it tiredly, then shoots open upon noticing the fire. It flaps it's wings, jumping off the perch with a squawk of panic and roughly falling to the ground.[/b]

*Rubys wakes up, and sees the fire, then extinguishes it with a breath* *He notices the bird* *the bird hears a voice in its mind, male* [i]hello, little one[/i]

[b]It seems surprised, confused, and a little in awe of the creature before it. It raises it's head up to better inspect the creature, then speaks in a soft, precise, and obviously female voice normally[/b] Oh, hello.... Did you uh, set my tree on fire by any chance? That's not pleasant to wake up to...
