Use a BenQ monitor with 1ms refresh rate and get some Kontrol Freaks. Tell me if your sniping doesn't improve.

Yeah, I use them. They take a couple days to get used too, but you will never go back after. I bought mine a couple weeks ago. There like $15 at Best Buy, you can return them if you don't like them.
