I'm getting error code banjo and cattle. My Internet provider is time warner. And it's on xbox one

Don't think it's bungie servers, gotta be time warner I'm in Wisconsin as well and any friends with time Warner can't get on, myself and friends with att are just fine. So there must be a communication error between their systems
