Soooo....how exactly do we see our menus. Is it in our helms????
This baffles me. How can we carry all that anyway???

I believe that in the lore you view it through your helmet via an uplink to your ship. The same way it spawns you in, your weapons and armour can be too. As far as I can tell, and based off old statements, the gear you have on you is in your ship, not actually on your person.
