Old Iron Banner Weapons and Reforging
So, I have an Efrideets Spear sniper rifle that I got during the last iron banner (which I believe was last month). This was during the dark below expansion, House of wolves had not come out yet. But, I'm thinking about Reforging the sniper. Even if it is a dark below weapon, will I be able to get the new weapon upgrades brought with house of wolves?

Legacy (Pre-HoW) Iron Banner weapons can only be reforged with Legacy Perk sets... a HoW era Efrideet's can roll with HoW era Perk sets, but a few of the Legacy perks have been removed or changed. Now... Is that good, or bad? It depends on what you want. IF you want an Ambush, Armor Piercing, Final Rounder... or an Unflinching, Field Scout, Surplus... then GOOD for you, because it's the only way you can still get them. DON'T DISMANTLE THAT SPEAR!!! If you REALLY want a HoW era Spear... just wait for it... it'll come around (or drop) eventually ;)
