I'm 45 years old, I've played lots of the older stuff. For me, this game is way difficult! If it wouldn't be for the new friends I've made through my clan, who are much better at it than me, I'd have quit long ago
But I enjoy the game. It's fun. And I'm glad my buddies help me improve
But it's still more difficult than it needs to be
I understand having something for everyone, and that hard core players want more challenge
But at only 20 percent of the player base, I'm not sure how that is a good business model
I think this generation of gamers play for different reasons than previous generations
Perhaps they just want to spend time in imaginary worlds, feel like a hero for a couple hours then go back to real life
I suppose I will just have to start my own gaming company and make games for the 80 percenters lol
