Deej looks like a fun guy. He's been at Bungie for over a decade. You don't keep a job title of Community Manager for that long if you aren't good at it. He'll quit Bungie before he gets fired.

I sorta think he looks like an assbag, personally, but that's just me. And a decade? How the shit do you luck into a job with that little actual work involved and then keep it for that long?!

By it not being luck and it being that he's good at what he does. He does community shoutouts, weekly updates, occasionally plays with fans of the game. That's more than what many Community Managers do. You don't have to like him, that's not his job. His job is to keep us informed on the game and take feedback, whether the feedback is sound or stupid.
