I am aware that kinetic means moving, thank you. I was mainly focusing on the word 'energy'. Elemental damage weapons fire Solar Energy etc, which leads me to believe that what comes out of the end of each and every weapon bar the Kvhostov is focused energy, rather than a bullet. This game is set in the future, and if the OP is going to get [i]this[/i] salty about the weapon design on something make-believe, then why hasn't he even questioned the perks? What's that? My mag magically refilled when I punched that guy in the tits? Awesome! Logical!
