My best friend and I have been playing since Day 1 with limited editions, absolutely obsessed with this game. But our gameplay has been plagued with disconnects since the first expansion and even during VoG runs in the early days. As a result, my best friend has quit the game and barely plays anymore, which as a result really makes me not want to play. Tonight was the kicker, we began by trying to get him through Crota, and we would get booted just at the end of the lamps multiple times. As if this wasn't the worst, we decided to do PoE and get him some new expansion gear and experience. Upon finishing level 28 with NO issues, almost immediately after we completed the boss and its grueling life, we approached the airlock only to have a Beetle error code kick him out and not let him back in, eliminating his "completion" status and declining him rewards. Rendering everything we did tonight USELESS. What is the point of playing a game that declines him the very rewards that are meant to keep him playing? What makes me want to quit this game, is that despite my utter love for everything Bungie has created, your help system and communication link to the players drives me to wanting to throw my computer against a wall being unable to communicate or seek assistance. EVEN Blizzards customer support ACTED like they cared as they would send silly little things to our inboxes if the game screwed us. But you guys wont even talk to us to console us for wasting hours of our night playing your broken game. This isn't even about trying to manipulate you for extra rewards, these forum posts are absolute cries for help from the players of this game. Not everyone has a perfect internet connection, but its good enough to play through all 5 waves of prison of elders, not good enough to enter an airlock a 6th time for the goodies. This falls under the category of you NOT helping your customers who spend hours of their days after paying for access to the game. Fix things like this or lose the community you've worked so hard to keep.
