What makes you say that? If you spec right, you can live forever during super. Plus the amount of cover you can provide yourself, the class makes an excellent sniper. It's anything but useless in PvP. Anyways, if you have any specific suggestions on how to improve it, feel free. I'm fine with replacing "Wingman" with a more offensive perk. It just had to be support in order to fit the missing pieces. But I'll revise it again if you really think so.
